Returns & Exchanges.

Introduction: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the size isn't right or the product isn't what you expected, we are here to help.

Our Guarantee: You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused and Unworn: For footwear, please try them on indoors on a carpet or clean surface. We cannot accept boots that have scuffed soles or mud on them.

  2. In Original Packaging: The box and tags must be intact.

  3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number.

How to Log a Return:

  1. Email us at Info@outbackadventure.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will arrange for the collection of the item or provide you with the address to send it back.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item: We pay for the shipping.

    • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: The customer is responsible for the courier cost to return it to Polokwane.

Refunds & Store Credit: Refunds are processed based on when you log the return request relative to the delivery date:

  • Within 7 Days of Delivery: We will refund you in full using the original payment method used for the purchase with in 2-4 working days (e.g., card reversal or EFT).

  • Within 8 to 30 Days of Delivery: We will provide a refund in the form of Store Credit (Voucher) which you can use for any future purchase at Outback Adventure.
