Returns & Exchanges.
Introduction: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the size isn't right or the product isn't what you expected, we are here to help.
Our Guarantee: You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and Unworn: For footwear, please try them on indoors on a carpet or clean surface. We cannot accept boots that have scuffed soles or mud on them.

In Original Packaging: The box and tags must be intact.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number.
How to Log a Return:

Email us at Info@outbackadventure.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

We will arrange for the collection of the item or provide you with the address to send it back.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item: We pay for the shipping.

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: The customer is responsible for the courier cost to return it to Polokwane.

Refunds & Store Credit: Refunds are processed based on when you log the return request relative to the delivery date:

Within 7 Days of Delivery: We will refund you in full using the original payment method used for the purchase with in 2-4 working days (e.g., card reversal or EFT).

Within 8 to 30 Days of Delivery: We will provide a refund in the form of Store Credit (Voucher) which you can use for any future purchase at Outback Adventure.
